ONE 45-MINUTE YOGA SESSION

Let your team discover yoga in a relaxed, one-off session. The price for one class is €170.

A REGULAR DOSE OF YOGA
6 YOGA SESSIONS AT WORK 

Give your team a solid foundation to truly experience the benefits of yoga. Book 6 sessions for €160 per session.

A CONSTANT FLOW OF YOGA
12 YOGA SESSIONS AT WORK 

Build yoga into your team’s work rhythm. Book 12 sessions (or more) for €150 per session.

Number of participants
Rates are excluding 21% VAT. Each session is suitable for up to 15 participants. The price per session remains the same, regardless of the number of participants.

Materials included
All necessary materials — such as yoga mats and props — are provided and included in the price.

Travel costs outside Amsterdam
For locations outside the Amsterdam region, travel and parking costs will be charged separately.

Location
Sessions take place at your location, for example, in an open space or meeting room at the office.

Personal guidance
Each participant receives personal attention from an experienced and certified yoga instructor. Exercises are tailored to the needs of the team.

Accessible and inclusive
The yoga poses are suitable for every body and can be done in regular (work) clothing.

Tax benefits via the WKR
Employers can cover (part of) the costs of workplace yoga under the Work-Related Costs Scheme (WKR). Up to 1.5% of the taxable payroll can be spent tax-free on allowances and benefits.

By participating in a yoga session, workshop or the six- or twelve-week program, you agree to the terms and conditions.
