A zen moment at work — what does it look like?

Each session is built around three key elements:

1. Asana
Asana literally means “seat” and refers to the physical postures in yoga. These movements help energy flow more freely through your body, bringing both body and mind into relaxation. They stimulate blood circulation in the brain and build discipline, making it easier to concentrate — and to sit still comfortably during the rest of your workday.

2. Pranayama
Prana stands for “energy,” and yama means “control.” Pranayama is the practice of consciously directing your breath — and with it, your energy. You’ll learn breathing techniques that reduce stress, sharpen concentration and boost your energy levels.

3. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is about consciously directing your attention. By stepping back from unhelpful thought patterns, you can work more purposefully, stay focused more easily, and experience greater mental calm.
